When saving a request to SystmOne, the behaviour depends on whether the patient's profile is open in S1 at the time of saving.
If the patient profile is open in SystmOne, Anima will automatically queue the save as a scheduled job, which will complete once the profile is no longer in use.
If the patient profile is closed, Anima will save the request directly to the record immediately.
To ensure requests are saved to the record straight away, close the patient's profile in SystmOne before saving from Anima.
