How to Deactivate a User Account

If you need to remove a user from your organisation, you can deactivate their account by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Select Organisation Settings

  3. Click on Availability and Assignment

  4. Locate the user you wish to deactivate

  5. Click the red trash bin icon next to their name

The user's account will now be deactivated and they will no longer have access to the system.
