You can close your Anima requests by going to Settings (bottom left hand corner) -> Organisation Settings -> Requests -> Intake:

Here you can disable patient access by selecting the date the practice requests will re-open:

When Anima is closed (e.g. for a bank holiday or a temporary pause on requests), patients will see the following 'Closed' message when they login and when they'll next to be able to submit a request.
