Finding Your Assigned Conversations
Assigned conversations live on the Home dashboard, under the Conversations tab. They're not part of Patient requests or Quick Assign.
Where to find them
Open Home (the main dashboard).
Select the Conversations tab (located between Tasks and Closed items).
This tab lists standalone two-way message threads — conversations started via Contact patients with "Allow patients to reply" enabled. It does not include messaging tied to a clinical request.
Viewing your assigned conversations
Assign column — each row shows who the conversation is assigned to: a user, a team, or "Unassigned."
Filter (top right of the tab) → Assigned:
Assigned to me only
Assigned to me + my teams
Assigned only / Unassigned only
Or choose specific users/teams under Assigned to
Active filters appear as chips under the search bar (e.g. "Filtered by Assigned is Me").
Opening a conversation
Double-click any row to open the messaging view for that thread. You can also click 'Action' and 'View Conversation' to open the conversation.
Force closing a conversation
You can click 'Action' then 'Force Close Conversation' to force close the conversation.
