Yes — Anima can send an email alert when a patient submits a response indicating an emergency (e.g. A&E / 999).
How to enable email alerts
Go to Settings (bottom left)
Select Organisation Settings
Click Practice Settings
Scroll down to Email alerts
Tick “Send an email alert when a patient submits an emergency answer”
Scroll down to the bottom of the pages and click Save Changes
