There's two ways to use Anima, you can either login to an account to raise a request, or you raise a request using a practices individual link.
If your practice requires you to create an Anima account, you can do this by following the links on their website. You can then login and raise a request, as below.
If your practice does not require you to create an account, you can follow the link to create a request - as shown in the video below
