If you forget your Anima password
From the Anima landing page in either the desktop program or in the web app, click Go to standard login and then Forgot your password?:
2. Enter your NHS email address (the one linked to your Anima account) on the next page & click 'Send reset code to email':
3. Check your NHS email for an email from [email protected] with a verification code. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam & junk folders, and verify that you entered your email correctly. Anima will display which email address your verification code was sent to.
4. Enter your verification code, followed by your new password.
5. Click Restore password:
6. Your password will be restored and you will be taken to your dashboard.
