If you have a registered Anima account, you can set a preferred name to be used throughout the patient app — and shared with your practice — instead of your first name.
Note: This feature requires a registered patient account. It isn't available if you're using an accountless, submit-only flow.
How to set your preferred name
Sign in to the patient app.
Go to Settings.
Select Your preferences.
Enter your name in the Preferred name field.
Tap Save changes.
Once saved, your preferred name will appear in place of your first name across the app, including when your details are shown to your practice.
