What's new
Call transcripts in Clinics
You can now read a transcript of an Andi call directly in Clinics. Open a call from the Calls page and the transcript appears alongside the call summary and submitted details, so you can review exactly what the patient said without leaving the page.
A clearer Calls dashboard
The Calls page now shows an outcome strip with a count for every call outcome, so you can see at a glance how many calls were submitted, dropped, or need attention, and filter to any outcome with one click.
You can also now set day-by-day and hour-by-hour call capacity from your practice settings, giving you finer control over when Andi answers calls.
Scribe improvements
Scribe now uses voice activity detection to better distinguish speech from background noise during consultations, and batch transcription is now the default for faster, more reliable note generation.
Documents: filter by ingestion route
The Documents dashboard has a new Ingestion Route filter, so you can narrow the list to documents that arrived by a particular route when triaging.
Fixes and improvements
• The patient's usual GP is now kept on the request when a GP Connect lookup fails, instead of being cleared.
• Consultation notes printed to EMIS now handle smart apostrophes and other special characters correctly.
• Appointment write-backs to EMIS are now consistent for every user at a practice.
• The dashboard now refreshes delayed questionnaires without needing a manual reload.
• The previous-requests panel now distinguishes minutes from months in its timestamps.
• Accountless patients who are re-matched to a record are now asked to confirm the match, including when the match happens automatically.
• Phone number verification in the patient app is now protected by an additional browser check to prevent abuse.
• Fixed a series of races that could occasionally interrupt smartcard login.
