Please note we leverage Maia, an AI support agent designed to provide near-instant responses. Maia leverages a wealth of knowledge including our existing help articles. While Maia is there to provide fast responses to hopefully resolve your queries, you can continue to message to have your query escalated to our Support team.
Escalating requests to your Account / Customer Success Manager is also available, but please note that they have less availability for instant replies.
