The Anima Document Processing module supports a wider range of file types that you can forward to your Anima specific email address or add to your shared document upload folder. We have outlined all the supported formats for you to review below.

If your current file format is not listed, please convert the file into a PDF or the other supported file types outlined above.
What happens if a file can't be processed?
If a document arrives with a missing or unsupported file extension, Anima will not discard it silently. The sender will instead receive a notification explaining that the file couldn't be processed, so they know to resend it in one of the supported formats above.
