No, the clinical request RAG score will not change over time. You can override the triage score manually and change the rag rating but that’s the only way it will change.
To do this, click on the request and press Ctrl + U:
You may occasionally see a request marked with a grey chip instead of a colour. This means a risk score isn't currently available for that request - it isn't a fourth RAG category, and it doesn't stop you opening, reviewing, or acting on the request as normal.
The request will pick up its red/amber/green score as soon as one is available, or you can set it manually using the steps below.
