From your Dashboard, you can choose to ask your GP Surgery a simple question regarding your next appointment, your treatment plan, your medication schedule etc. You can choose to do so by logging into to your Anima Dashboard, and then:
Click on "I have a question for my doctor"
2. Please note this inquiry if only for patients who have no new concerns about their health, which means no changes in their condition or treatment, you will have to select if your question is about your medication:
3. Enter the topic of your question in the box:
And then enter your question:
4. You have see a confirmation screen once your question has been submitted to the practice.
5. You request will now appear on your dashboard awaiting action from your GP Surgery.
6. You can check the Status of your request by looking at it in your dashboard:
